INSTRUCTIONS:
Always begin each project by reading the entire can label first.
1. Spray vase with Sandable Primer - to act as a sealer. Allow to
dry.
2. Apply 2-3 coats Celestial Sky, then Clear Kote, following directions
on can.
3. Allow vase to dry completely (may be slightly 'tacky' to touch).
4. Apply 2 thin coats of silver glitter paint to create a sparkle effect
when vase is placed by a light source.
